STARBLAZE 34L01 is a multi-component fire barrier coating system engineered for sealing cable and service penetrations in structural walls and floors. The system combines high-density mineral wool boards, fire-retardant coatings, and intumescent sealants to form a high-integrity barrier that expands under heat, restricting the passage of flames, smoke, and toxic gases for up to four hours.
Specifically formulated for high-risk environments such as power plants, data centres, chemical facilities, and control rooms, STARBLAZE 34L01 is moisture- and chemical-resistant, halogen-free, and non-shrinking under temperature load. With modular components, the system supports fast installation, clean re-entry for cable upgrades, and long-term fire integrity in critical cable trench and service zones.
Four-component fire barrier system for sealing cable and service penetrations in walls and floors. Comprises mineral wool boards and intumescent coatings for smoke, flame, and heat insulation rated up to 4 hours.
Four-hour fire rating with smoke- and gas-tight performance
Withstands flame spread, chemical exposure, moisture, and corrosive gases
Does not shrink, crack, or lose seal under thermal stress
Halogen-free, non-toxic, and asbestos-free
Lightweight, impact-resistant, and load-bearing

STARBLAZE 41A01 is a high-strength, steel-filled epoxy putty designed for structural repairs on metal components exposed to wear, corrosion, or mechanical damage. It is formulated for applications where high compressive and tensile strength, combined with temperature resistance up to 120°C, are critical. The putty cures to a dark grey, machinable finish with low shrinkage and superior bond strength.
With an 8:1 mix ratio and 60-minute pot life, STARBLAZE 41A01 provides ample working time for reshaping, rebuilding, or reinforcing metal surfaces. Once fully cured, it can be drilled, tapped, filed, or ground, making it ideal for restoring precision parts, worn shafts, corroded tank sections, and other metallic equipment. Built for harsh industrial settings, it ensures long-term performance where welding or component replacement is impractical.
Heavy-duty, steel-filled epoxy putty for repairing corroded or damaged metal parts. Withstands temperatures up to 120° C and delivers excellent machinability after cure.
High tensile, compressive, and flexural strength.
Temperature resistance up to 120° C.
