STARBLAZE 12E06 Anti Track Spray is a single component, air-drying “Class H” epoxy insulation formulation engineered to provide excellent adhesion and outstanding dielectric strength for high voltage applications. This product is especially suited for insulating field coils, exposed metals, windings, busbars, collector rings, and transformers.

It resists dust and moisture penetration, delivering dependable protection for components operating in demanding environments. With a dielectric strength of 2,100 volts/mil, 12E06 ensures robust insulation that meets the needs of professional electrical maintenance and manufacturing.

Drying Schedule:

• Touch Dry: 15 min

• Handling: 1 hour

• Full Cure: 48 hours

This epoxy ester-based spray uses acetone and xylene solvents with a dimethyl ether propellant, offering a fast evaporation rate and a high gloss finish. Suitable for in-situ IR value upgrades and long-term reliability.

  • Storage: Store off the ground in a dry, protected area between 4°–38°C (40°–100°F). Containers must remain sealed when not in use.

  • Shelf Life: 18 months from date of manufacture when stored unopened at 10°–30°C. For usage after 24 months, conduct a small trial to confirm performance.

Formulated to tolerate damp or minimally prepared substrates, the coating creates an impermeable barrier against moisture ingress, chemical attack, and abrasive wear.

Ideal for RCC structures, steel surfaces, and immersion zones, STARBLAZE 32B02 combines high adhesion with elongation and flexibility to accommodate substrate movement without cracking. Its dense micaceous iron oxide matrix improves barrier durability and performance, making it a dependable primer layer before topcoats in aggressive environments.
