STARBLAZE 75C01 is a non-toxic, water- and oil-tolerant concrete sealing agent designed to penetrate contaminated surfaces, sealing and protecting aged floors and walls from seepage and chemical ingress. Based on Moisture-Cure Urethane (MCU) Technology, it cures rapidly in humid conditions and bonds deeply with damp or oily concrete. Its catalysed, chemically reactive formulation ensures strong adhesion, structural reinforcement, and reliable surface preparation for follow-up coatings in demanding industrial environments.
Non-toxic water & oil tolerant concrete sealing agent for industrial concrete surfaces. Seals capillary voids in floors and walls, even when damp or contaminated.
Prevents moisture and vapor from penetrating the surface. Protects embedded
rebar and substructures.
Suitable for both negative and positive side waterproofing.
Penetrates up to 2-inches into dense or contaminated concrete.
Functions as a base layer for corrosion and UV-resistant topcoats.
Enhances tensile and flexural strength of the concrete.
Minimises ruse, staining and long-term maintenance costs
Protects against growth of lichen, moss and fungus on exposed surfaces.

STARBLAZE 33B01 is a high-strength, epoxy-based, self-leveling screed formulated to deliver superior load-bearing capacity and chemical resistance on concrete substrates. Blended as a three-component system, it cures to a dense, abrasion-resistant layer ideal for use under epoxy top coats or as a standalone heavy-duty flooring solution.
Designed for high-impact and chemically aggressive environments, 33B01 achieves compressive strengths over 36 MPa, tensile strengths exceeding 10 MPa, and bond strength surpassing the cohesive strength of the concrete itself. Its self-levelling properties ensure uniform surfaces even over uneven or repaired substrates. Suitable for acid bunds, containment zones, production floors, and vehicle traffic areas, it provides reliable performance where hygiene, durability, and resistance to industrial chemicals are essential.
