STARBLAZE 15B03/4/5 Mould Shield Dry Clear is a unique rust preventive designed to form an effective dry barrier that resists corrosion without penetrating moving mould parts, including ejector pin holes, slides, cams, and other precision surfaces. Its dry mist feature prevents marking or staining of moulded plastic parts when tools are returned to service. The formulation neutralises fingerprint acids, offers self-cleaning action upon start-up, and seals out condensation that can cause rust. This non-silicone, non-wax system is compatible with most moulding operations and provides long-term corrosion protection even under high-humidity storage conditions.

StarBlaze 11D01 Silicone Spray is engineered as a versatile mold release agent ideal for a broad spectrum of molding processes. It features a blend of low and high viscosity silicone oils providing excellent release properties without staining or corroding molds. The formulation is ozone-friendly and highly stable at elevated temperatures, maintaining performance during demanding molding operations up to 288 °C. The clear, non-foaming liquid delivers excellent wetting and spreading characteristics, creating a uniform film that prevents sticking of molded articles.

The product is recommended for use on A.B.S. resins, acrylics, wax, rubber, polyester, cellulosic, and polystyrene substrates. Its optimized penetration and fast evaporation improve productivity in molding operations while maintaining clean mold surfaces.
